An employee will pick up the passport for the monthly renewal, either directly from you or arrange a meeting point with you. 175,- € (Regular) for two months.

Currently you need the following documents for departure and entry in Indonesia (Status: February 2023)
All of the above documents
Airplane ticket: entry and exit ticket
Return/departure ticket: in addition to your airline ticket to enter Indonesia, you may be required to present a return or onward ticket upon departure from the airport or arrival in Indonesia. Some airlines may deny you boarding if your return flight is not within the first 60 days. Reason: This is because the visa is only valid for 60 days. However, you can extend the visa twice by 60 days each time. With this visa you can stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 180 days at a time.
We recommend that you bring all documents in digital and paper form.
Once you have received your visa, you have 90 days to use it to enter Indonesia/Bali. If you do not use the visa within 90 days, it will expire.
The visa is valid for 60 days from the date of entry. It can be extended up to two times for a further 60 days each. It is therefore possible to stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 180 days (6 months).
Nothing should go wrong with the visa, otherwise there may be problems when entering the country. Unfortunately, the website of the Immigration Department of Indonesia (Imigrasi) is rarely up to date with the current regulations. You have a English or German-speaking contact person on site and can reach us at any time by email, phone or WhatsApp. We are convinced that we currently offer the best price-performance ratio for the 211 visa. You don’t need to make a foreign bank transfer, you can pay comfortably by SEPA bank transfer, or, if you wish, also by PayPal. We thank indojunkie and all others who recommend our service.

Question: How often is it that a visa application is rejected?
Answer: We have not yet had a case where the visa has been refused. As long as the above conditions are met, the visa should be approved. The reason for refusal would be, for example, if there is an entry on the Indonesian blacklist due to previous violations of the law in Indonesia or because an international arrest warrant is pending.

Question: Do children, infants and babies also need one or two vaccinations?

Answer: Unfortunately, it has been mandatory since 11.01.2024. (Please contact us)
Question: How does this work with the extension if I want to stay longer than 60 days?
Answer: The extension is always done by the agency that also provides you with the sponsor. The cost is currently 175,- EUR for 60 days. You have the possibility to extend two times for 60 days.
Question: Who is my sponsor?
Answer: We are your sponsor, for the visa issued through us.
In rare cases, for example in case of overload, we cooperate with several companies in the field of tourism and legal advice. Depending on the requirements of the application, we decide on the best sponsor for your case.
Question: How does this work with the payment? When do I have to pay how much?
Answer: After all documents have been checked by us and have been checked by the agency, you will receive the invoice from us. After payment, your data will be loaded into the Indonesian immigration system. As standard, we provide an invoice with bank details. If you want to pay by PayPal (additional fees) this is also possible, we can issue the invoice as it is easiest for you to pay.
Question: What documents are required for the visa application?
Answer: To apply for a visa, we need a color copy of your passport (main page with picture), proof of international health insurance and a portrait photo. Since 11.01.2024 you still need the bank statements of the last 3 months.
Question: Do I have to show a return ticket and within what time do I have to return or leave?
Answer: It is possible that at the airport, when departing for Indonesia, you will already be asked for a return or exit ticket. When entering the country, you must be able to show an exit ticket on demand. A flight reservation is sufficient. This must be within 60 days after arrival in Indonesia. Even if the visa is only valid for 60 days from the date of entry, it is possible to extend the visa up to 6 months.
