This visa allows you to stay in Indonesia for 60 days (30 + 30 days).

Das “e-Visa On Arrival” vom The “e-Visa On Arrival” of type B1 is an e-Visa (electronic visa) and will be sent to you by e-mail. It is for a tourist stay:

If you want to come to Indonesia or Bali for a stay of 60 days (30 + 30 days), it is possible with this visa. You will receive the electronic visa directly from us by e-mail and can enter the country with it. We apply for the visa from Indonesia.

You can stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days.

It is possible to obtain the visa within 2 – 3 working days.

The visa is valid for 30 days. It is possible to extend the visa for another 30 days.

Passport:

The passport must be valid for at least 6 months. We need a picture, inside with photo.

Portrait photo:
  • The portrait photo must show the face and hair, shoulders must be straight and the eyes must look into the camera. A good photo (color) with the mobile phone is sufficient (pay attention to the background / white)

Return flight ticket/departure ticket:
A regulation in Indonesia is . . .
You must be able to show an exit ticket upon request when entering Indonesia. (DEPARTURE => within the first 30 days). This is because the visa is only valid for 30 days. (even if you extend it for another 30 days) You may have to show an exit ticket on departure.
1. Order the “e-Visa on Arrival” and add it to your shopping cart.
2. Pay for the visa.
3. Fill in the application form and upload documents (it is possible to submit them later).

4. Once we have received the payment, we will upload your data to the system of the Indonesian Immigration Office. Processing takes around 2 – 3 working days.

5. We will send you the issued B1 visit visa by e-mail.

  • Refund

Cancellation and partial refund is still possible before submitting your visa application to the immigration authorities. Cancellation is no longer possible after the submission of your visa application to the immigration office, and the amount paid for the visa can no longer be refunded, as we ourselves have already paid all the associated costs to the Indonesian authorities and have also spent our time.

  • Visa application rejected

Reasons for refusal would be, for example, if there is an entry in the Indonesian blacklist due to previous violations of the law in Indonesia or because an international arrest warrant is outstanding.

  • Visa extension

Simply contact us 5 working days before the first 30 days expire. The extension costs €64 to €114 for 30 additional days. A maximum of 1 extension is possible

You must be able to show an exit ticket upon request when entering Indonesia.

This is because the visa is only valid for 30 days.
You may have to show an exit ticket on departure. However, you can extend the visa once for 30 days With this visa you can stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 60 days (30 + 30 days) at a time.

We recommend taking all documents with you in digital and paper form.

  • Once you have received your visa, you have 90 days to use it to enter Indonesia/Bali. If you do not use your visa within 90 days, it will expire.
  • The visa is valid for 30 days from the date of entry. It can be extended once for a further 30 days. It is therefore possible to stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 60 days.

Question: What is the current quarantine procedure ?
Answer: There has been no quarantine since July 2023.  – Status: November 2024 –

Question: If my visa is not approved or I cancel the process, will I receive a refund ?.
Answer: Yes, before submitting your visa application to the immigration authorities, a cancellation and a partial refund is still possible.
Cancellation is no longer possible after you have submitted your visa application to the immigration authorities, and the amount paid for the visa can no longer be refunded.

Question: How often does it happen that a visa application is rejected?
Answer: We have not yet had a case where the visa has been refused. As long as the above-mentioned requirements are met, the visa should be approved. Reasons for refusal would be, for example, if there is an entry in the Indonesian blacklist due to previous violations of the law in Indonesia or because an international arrest warrant is outstanding.

Question: Is this visa also suitable for children ?
Answer: Yes, this visa can be used for the whole family.

Question: How does the extension work if I want to stay longer than 30 days ?.
Answer: You can easily extend your stay via our agency. The costs currently range from 64,- € to 114,- € for 30 days.

Question: What documents are required for the visa application ?
Answer: To apply for a visa we need a color copy of your passport (main page with picture), a portrait photo and a return flight ticket/departure ticket. 

Question: Do I have to present a return flight ticket/departure ticket and within what time do I have to return or leave the country? 
Answer: It is possible that you will be asked for a return or exit ticket at the airport on departure to Indonesia. When entering the country, you must be able to show an exit ticket on request. This must be within the first 30 days after arrival in Indonesia. Even if the visa is only valid for 30 days from entry, it is possible to extend the visa for up to 60 days (in total).
