The “Bali Visa” type E33F is an e-Visa (electronic visa) and will be sent to you by e-mail. It allows for permanent residence.

Details
The minimum age for the retirement visa is 55 years.

The visa can be applied for from your country or within Indonesia.
The employment of a local worker (e.g., for housework, gardening, or as a driver) is a requirement of this visa. We can assist you with this upon request.
After 1 year, you have the option of extending the visa without having to leave the country.
1. Your passport must be valid for at least another 18 months. We require (photo inside)
2. Portrait photo: The portrait photo must show your face and hair, your shoulders and head must be straight, and your eyes must be looking at the camera. A good photo taken with a cell phone is sufficient (pay attention to the background: white/single color

4. Bank statement: The account holder, name of the bank, balance, and date must be visible. Proof of the final balance for the last 3 months with at least USD 2,000 (or the equivalent amount in EUR)
5. Proof of living expenses: Proof of pension or other proof of monthly income of at least USD 3,000 (or equivalent amount in EUR).
6. Employee: One condition for the pension visa is that you have a local employee. For example, as a driver or maid, etc. For this, we need an Indonesian identity card (KTP)
7. Rental agreement (if you are applying within Indonesia ): We require the rental agreement for your house, flat, or apartment in Indonesia.

1. Fill out the application form and upload your documents Sign and submit (documents can also be submitted later by email).
2. After reviewing your complete documents required for the visa, we will send you an invoice.
3. Once we have received your payment, we will upload your data to the Indonesian Immigration Authority’s system. Processing takes approximately 3-5 weeks, after which we will receive confirmation/approval for your retirement visa (Kitas).
4. We will send you the approved retirement visa (Kitas) by email.
Note
You no longer need to have your documents checked by the consulate in your country. This means that once you receive the e-visa from us, you can fly to Bali/Indonesia. Upon arrival in Bali/Indonesia, you will need all the documents we have listed and must be able to present them.

Refund
Before submitting your visa application to immigration, cancellation and partial refund is still possible. Cancellation, once your visa application has been submitted to Immigration, is no longer possible and the amount paid for the visa is non-refundable as we ourselves have already paid all associated costs to the Indonesian offices and also spent our time.
Visa application refused
Reason for refusal would be, for example, if there is an entry in the Indonesian blacklist due to previous violations of the law in Indonesia or because an international arrest warrant is outstanding.
Visa extension
Two months before the end of the first year, you must contact us to apply for an extension.
